Place contents inside the envelope / pouch remember to include a return label if the envelope is coming back to you.
The label is a special label, it ensures that the envelope is secure and reusable and also that no damage is caused to the envelope, it also ensures that any residue left on the envelope is easily removed when the label is removed, it also detects tampering by heating therefore the label is not suitable for laser printing, only Shuttlepost labels can be used.
1. Write recipients address on the label in the blank area above the "shuttlepost" logo.
2. Place label on to the envelope up to the line marked "RE-FOLD ALONG HERE".
3. Fold label over and press on to the reverse side of the envelope.
4. Squeeze the label firmly between your finger and thumb along the entire length of the holed area of the envelope, then press/smooth the label firmly to the entire surface of the envelope.
5. Turn envelope to a landscape position with the label to the right of the envelope then place a stamp in the right hand corner of the label marked stamp, your shuttlepost is now ready to post.
